Multi-Fab Warrany Policy

All product manufactured and sold by Multi-Fab Products, LLC has a one year limited warranty with the following provisions:

• The product is not damaged or abused.
• The product has not been altered from the condition in which it was delivered.
• The product has been manufactured by Multi-Fab Products. To ensure quality these products have been manufactured to Multi-Fab Products specifications. Due to design or production improvements certain items may not appear identical to the original part.
• Product that we have obtained for you from another source may not be covered by our warranty. If there is a question, please ask at the time of purchase.
• Electrical/electronic items are not covered by warranty unless special provisions are made.
• You must obtain a returned goods authorization (RGA) prior to returning the product to us. A copy of the RGA form must accompany the returned parts.
• Credit will be issued following our inspection and agreement that the product was defective as it left our factory.
• Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component(s) only.
