TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:

The following document is a catalog of service parts and related dock leveler installation steel components which are manufactured and sold by Multi-Fab Products.  These items are designed to repair or install dock boards manufactured by Kelley, Kelley Atlantic, Rite-Hite, Serco, Ellis, Blue Giant, McGuire, Overhead Door, Poweramp, Pentalift, Pioneer DLM and Vestil/T&S.

If you require items which are not listed, please give us a call, since we are continually adding parts and components to our inventory and always will consider the manufacture of custom components to fill your needs.

Purchase Policies:

• All orders must carry a minimum value of $25.  If the order is for less we will add a handling charge which will increase the order value to $25.
• Orders of service parts and now Weatherguard (not pit steel) which exceed $1500 will be shipped "free freight" for normal ground service:  Note: Parts ordered that are not in our price book (on-line or printed) do not qualify as a component of the $1500 requirement.
• Invoices must be paid in accordance with the terms as noted on the invoice and agreed upon by you and our credit department.
• Return parts (other than warranty or parts shipped in error by Multi-Fab) will be accepted under the following conditions.
1. They must have been purchased no longer than six months prior to the request for return.
2. You must call prior to the return to alert us to the fact that you will be returning goods and obtain a returned goods authorization.
3. You must include a copy of the RGA with the returned parts.
4. You must pay the return shipping charges.
5. The parts must be in the same condition as they were shipped.
6. A 25% restocking charge will be assessed on all returns ordered incorrectly by your company or if we were not informed in advance of the reason for the return.
7. There is NO RETURN on electrical components.
8. Special order parts, not in our price book (on-line or printed), are only returnable on a part by part exception.
