Versa-Brush Weatherguard's unique design allows you to change the brush insert with simple tools.

Versa Brush Weatherguard consists of a nylon brush with steel backing. It is assembled in a corrosion-resistant Versa channel which can either be welded to the curb angle or attached to the dock leveler with screws. Compressible rear seals are available for certain makes of dock levelers.

Installation procedure is simple:
Drill on Versa-Brush Weatherguard
a.  Secure the Versa channel to the dock board by drilling and attaching with self-tapping screws.  (Not supplied).
b. Slide the brush seal into position in the Versa channel and trim to required length.
c.  Crimp the end of the steel Versa channel.
d.  Install rear seal.

Weld on Brush Weatherguard
a. Weld the Versa channel to the dock board or curb angle following the instructions.
b. Slide the brush seal into position in the Versa channel and trim to required length.
c.  Install rear seal.
